Tech Tip: Automotivator for Making Posters

I decided to use the Graphics Creation Tips for my technology tip.

I created a meme Automotivator, this is pretty cool because I haven't made a meme before. I chose this picture because I find this picture pretty humorous and the first thing that came to mind was the quote I attached.

I wanted to do the typing test but I have nails on! I am going to do that one before the semester is over though!

Reading Notes Part A: Johnny-Cake

This story, Johnny-Cake  comes from the  English Fairy Tales  by Joseph Jacobs.  This story is about a little boy who was supposed to watch the Johnny-Cake bake in the oven. However, he did not do a good job of doing so. His mother and father asked him to watch it while they went outside and dug up potatoes. I think this story is humorous because the Johnny-Cake is not actually a cake. It is a character that is made out of dough. I want to make sure when I re-tell this story that I keep the humor in it. I am not sure what I might have run out of SpongeBobs house but I definitely want to keep this part of the story the same.  Later on in this story the little Johnny-Cake wan past well diggers and told them he outran an old man and woman and a little boy. Week 8 Progress

As I look back on the first 8 weeks of the class, I am not impressed with the progress I have made. I was having a hard time keeping up with everything. I am taking 18 hours and i was working two jobs during the beginning of the semester. I finally got rid of my old job. Therefore, I have been able to take the time to catch up and do homework on the weekends. Right now I am most proud of my project setup. The assignment that I enjoy the most is reading the new stories. I had a little bit of trouble with creating my website for my story book but I finally tired a different browser and I was able to get my problems fixed.  The second half of the semester I want to focus on making a good schedule for all of my classes and sticking to my schedule. I am anticipating on doing at least two extra credit assignments to make up some of the points that I missed at the beginning.  I do want to try to make stories that I can relate to a video snippet that they already have out wit...
